A real life Guitar God
What an honor. My dear friend Steve Stevens, a real-life guitar god, wrote and recorded a song on his new album Memory Crash, inspired by my experiences during one of my trips to Iraq. It all started a world away from the Middle East, while having dinner with Steve off Sunset in L.A. last year. You can hear the song Small Arms Fire on his MySpace page here.
Then, order the CD, along with his 2001 CD Flamenco A Go-Go - it's been my favorite mood music more times than I can remember.
